A: Yes. An hourly rate will be incurred.

A: We'll request all the information we need and an hourly rate will be incurred.
Q: Do I have to host with you?
A: No, but we strongly suggest that you do--it's more cost-efficient and has a solid gaurantee of maneuverability as well as a gaurantee of always being up.
